Un <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/sfrms-app.fr\/index.php\/glossary\/agenda-du-sommeil\/\" title=\"Glossary: Agenda du sommeil\" class=\"glossaryLink\">agenda du sommeil<\/a> <\/strong>est compl&eacute;t&eacute; en parall&egrave;le par le patient (cf. Fiche : <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/sfrms-app.fr\/index.php\/2021\/11\/27\/agenda-du-sommeil\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/sfrms-app.fr\/index.php\/2021\/11\/27\/agenda-du-sommeil\/\">Agenda du sommeil<\/a><\/strong>).<\/li><li>Remboursement: pas de prise en charge par l&rsquo;Assurance Maladie.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Indications<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Recommand&eacute;e en cas de mauvaise perception du sommeil pour :<ul><li>Un trouble insomnie chronique (cf. Fiche : <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/sfrms-app.fr\/index.php\/2021\/12\/27\/troubles-du-rythme-cicardien-veille-sommeil\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/sfrms-app.fr\/index.php\/2021\/12\/27\/troubles-du-rythme-cicardien-veille-sommeil\/\">Trouble insomnie<\/a><\/strong>),<\/li><li>Une insuffisance chronique de sommeil (notamment dans le cadre d&rsquo;une &eacute;valuation d&rsquo;une <a href=\"https:\/\/sfrms-app.fr\/index.php\/glossary\/hypersomnie\/\" title=\"Glossary: Hypersomnie\" class=\"glossaryLink\">hypersomnie<\/a> idiopathique, cf. Fiche : <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/sfrms-app.fr\/index.php\/2021\/11\/25\/hypersomnie-idiopathique\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/sfrms-app.fr\/index.php\/2021\/11\/25\/hypersomnie-idiopathique\/\">Hypersomnie idiopathique<\/a><\/strong>).<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Conseill&eacute;e en cas de trouble du <a href=\"https:\/\/sfrms-app.fr\/index.php\/glossary\/rythme-circadien\/\" title=\"Glossary: Rythme circadien\" class=\"glossaryLink\">rythme circadien<\/a> (cf. Fiche : <a href=\"https:\/\/sfrms-app.fr\/index.php\/2021\/12\/27\/troubles-du-rythme-cicardien-veille-sommeil\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/sfrms-app.fr\/index.php\/2021\/12\/27\/troubles-du-rythme-cicardien-veille-sommeil\/\"><strong>Troubles du rythme<\/strong> <strong>circadien<\/strong><\/a>).<\/li><li>Il permet de rechercher les indices physiologiques du sommeil suivant :<ul><li><strong>P&eacute;riode de veille (mouvement),<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>P&eacute;riode de sommeil (absence de mouvement),<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Horaires du cycle veille-sommeil.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Analyse<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Visuelle : L&rsquo;analyse est similaire &agrave; ce qui est r&eacute;alis&eacute; sur un agenda du sommeil (cf.
