Elle &eacute;value cette propension dans 8 situations de la vie quotidienne de relative inactivit&eacute;.<\/li>\n<li>&nbsp;Il s&rsquo;agit de la mesure la plus utilis&eacute;e de la somnolence diurne, bien qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agisse plus d&rsquo;une &eacute;chelle de risque de basculer de l&rsquo;&eacute;veil au <a href=\"https:\/\/sfrms-app.fr\/index.php\/glossary\/sommeil\/\" title=\"Glossary: Sommeil\"  class=\"glossaryLink\">sommeil<\/a> (somnolence &laquo; trait &raquo;), que d&rsquo;une &eacute;chelle de somnolence subjective instantan&eacute;e (somnolence &laquo; <a href=\"https:\/\/sfrms-app.fr\/index.php\/glossary\/etat\/\" title=\"Glossary: &Eacute;tat\"  class=\"glossaryLink\">&eacute;tat<\/a> &raquo;) (cf. Fiches : <a href=\"https:\/\/sfrms-app.fr\/index.php\/2021\/11\/24\/syndrome-dapnees-et-hypopnees-centrales-du-sommeil-2\/\">SAHOS<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/sfrms-app.fr\/index.php\/2021\/11\/24\/syndrome-dapnees-et-hypopnees-centrales-du-sommeil\/\">SAHCS<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/sfrms-app.fr\/index.php\/2021\/11\/24\/narcolepsies\/\">Narcolepsies<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/sfrms-app.fr\/index.php\/2021\/11\/25\/hypersomnie-idiopathique\/\">Hypersomnie idiopathique<\/a>).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Scorage et seuil<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>&nbsp;Chaque item est &eacute;valu&eacute; par le patient de 0 &laquo; Ne s&rsquo;assoupirait jamais &raquo; &agrave; 3 &laquo; Forte chance de s&rsquo;assoupir &raquo;. Il est demand&eacute; aux sujets d&rsquo;imaginer leurs r&eacute;ponses m&ecirc;me lorsqu&rsquo;ils ne sont pas ou peu confront&eacute;s &agrave; ces situations.<\/li>\n<li>&nbsp;Le score total s&rsquo;obtient en additionnant le score &agrave; chaque item.<\/li>\n<li>&nbsp;Le score total est compris entre 0 &agrave; 24.\n<ul>\n<li>Un score &gt; 10 indique une somnolence diurne excessive (ou cliniquement significative).<\/li>\n<li>Un score &gt; 15 indique une somnolence diurne s&eacute;v&egrave;re.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Fiabilit&eacute; et validit&eacute;<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>La <a href=\"https:\/\/sfrms-app.fr\/index.php\/glossary\/fiabilite\/\" title=\"Glossary: Fiabilit&eacute;\"  class=\"glossaryLink\">fiabilit&eacute;<\/a> de l&rsquo;ESS a &eacute;t&eacute; insuffisamment &eacute;tudi&eacute;e, mais le <a href=\"https:\/\/sfrms-app.fr\/index.php\/glossary\/test-retest\/\" title=\"Glossary: Test-retest\" class=\"glossaryLink\">test-retest<\/a>, ainsi que la <a href=\"https:\/\/sfrms-app.fr\/index.php\/glossary\/sensibilite\/\" title=\"Glossary: Sensibilit&eacute;\" class=\"glossaryLink\">sensibilit&eacute;<\/a> au changements sont satisfaisants.<\/li>\n<li>&nbsp;La <a href=\"https:\/\/sfrms-app.fr\/index.php\/glossary\/validite\/\" title=\"Glossary: Validit&eacute;\"  class=\"glossaryLink\">validit&eacute;<\/a> de l&rsquo;ESS montre une corr&eacute;lation acceptable avec d&rsquo;autres m&eacute;thodes de mesure de somnolence subjective.
