Fiche : <a href=\"https:\/\/sfrms-app.fr\/index.php\/2021\/12\/27\/syndrome-des-jambes-sans-repos\/\"><strong>SJSR<\/strong><\/a>).<\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/sfrms-app.fr\/index.php\/glossary\/severite\/\" title=\"Glossary: S&eacute;v&eacute;rit&eacute;\" class=\"glossaryLink\">S&eacute;v&eacute;rit&eacute;<\/a> :<\/strong> l&rsquo;&eacute;chelle internationale de <a href=\"https:\/\/sfrms-app.fr\/index.php\/glossary\/severite\/\" title=\"Glossary: S&eacute;v&eacute;rit&eacute;\" class=\"glossaryLink\">s&eacute;v&eacute;rit&eacute;<\/a> du syndrome des jambes sans repos (International Restless Legs <a href=\"https:\/\/sfrms-app.fr\/index.php\/glossary\/syndrome\/\" title=\"Glossary: Syndrome\"  class=\"glossaryLink\">Syndrome<\/a> Scale &ndash; IRLS) a &eacute;t&eacute; construite pour &eacute;valuer les sympt&ocirc;mes et les r&eacute;percussions fonctionnelles du syndrome des jambes sans repos (SJSR).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Scorage et seuil<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>D&eacute;pistage :<\/strong> les patients r&eacute;pondant positivement aux questions 2, 3, a, b et c sont consid&eacute;r&eacute;s comme pouvant avoir un syndrome des jambes sans repos.<\/li>\n<li><strong>S&eacute;v&eacute;rit&eacute; :<\/strong> chaque item est &eacute;valu&eacute; par le patient de 0 &agrave; 4. Le score total s&rsquo;obtient en additionnant le score &agrave; chaque item. Le score total est compris entre 0 &agrave; 40.<\/li>\n<li>Appr&eacute;ciation de la s&eacute;v&eacute;rit&eacute; des troubles :<br>&mdash; 0 point : aucun<br>&mdash; 1 &agrave; 10 points : l&eacute;g&egrave;re<br>&mdash; 11 &agrave; 20 points : moyenne<br>&mdash; 21 &agrave; 30 points : s&eacute;v&egrave;re<br>&mdash; 31 &agrave; 40 points : tr&egrave;s s&eacute;v&egrave;re<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Fiabilit&eacute; et validit&eacute;<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>D&eacute;pistage<\/strong> : la <a href=\"https:\/\/sfrms-app.fr\/index.php\/glossary\/fiabilite\/\" title=\"Glossary: Fiabilit&eacute;\"  class=\"glossaryLink\">fiabilit&eacute;<\/a> et la <a href=\"https:\/\/sfrms-app.fr\/index.php\/glossary\/validite\/\" title=\"Glossary: Validit&eacute;\"  class=\"glossaryLink\">validit&eacute;<\/a> de l&rsquo;&eacute;chelle de d&eacute;pistage du syndrome des jambes sans repos reste &agrave; &eacute;valuer, notamment au regard de l&rsquo;&eacute;volution des crit&egrave;res diagnostiques.<\/li>\n<li><strong>S&eacute;v&eacute;rit&eacute;<\/strong> : la fiabilit&eacute; de l&rsquo;&eacute;chelle montre une <a href=\"https:\/\/sfrms-app.fr\/index.php\/glossary\/consistance-interne\/\" title=\"Glossary: Consistance interne\" class=\"glossaryLink\">consistance interne<\/a> satisfaisante ainsi que sur le <a href=\"https:\/\/sfrms-app.fr\/index.php\/glossary\/test-retest\/\" title=\"Glossary: Test-retest\" class=\"glossaryLink\">test-retest<\/a> et la <a href=\"https:\/\/sfrms-app.fr\/index.php\/glossary\/sensibilite-au-changement\/\" title=\"Glossary: Sensibilit&eacute; au changement\" class=\"glossaryLink\">sensibilit&eacute; au changement<\/a>.
